These terms and conditions govern the use of this website and the purchase of our books, ebooks, support materials, gift cards, and donations. By creating an account, using the website, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted them.

2. Access to the site

Access to the site is free. The customer area (orders, ebooks, subscriptions and donations) is reserved for people who have created an account.

We make every effort to ensure the site is accessible 24 hours a day, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or outages, without this entitling you to compensation, subject to our Refund Policy.

3. Your account

• You create an account with accurate and up-to-date information.
• Your access is strictly personal: you may not share your login details, nor resell or transfer your access.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. Notify us immediately if anyone else has used it.
• You can request the closure of your account at any time by email.

4. Good conduct

In comments, reviews, and messages, you agree to remain respectful and considerate. Specifically prohibited are:

• offensive, hateful, discriminatory, violent or sexually explicit remarks;
• harassment of other people or members of the Academy team;
• advertising, soliciting or links unrelated to the subject;
• the publication of personal information about other people;
• any attempt to disrupt the site or to access accounts or data without authorization.

We may remove any content that does not comply with these rules and, in the event of a serious or repeated breach, suspend the account in question.

5. Content you publish

You retain ownership of what you publish (comments, reviews, testimonials). You authorize us to display it on the site as long as your account exists. You guarantee that you have the right to publish this content.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site and in our products (books, ebooks, texts, videos, documents, logos, designs) belongs to the Academy or its authors. Your purchase grants you a right of personal, non-commercial use.

It is forbidden to copy, distribute, resell, or share our ebooks and content, except for your personal use. Any violation may result in account closure without refund, as well as legal action.

7. Links to other sites

The site may contain links to third-party sites (social networks, payment tools, training platforms, video conferencing). We have no control over these sites and are not responsible for their content.

Part 2 — General Terms and Conditions of Sale

8. Purpose

The Academy offers the following on this website:

• books in paper and digital (ebook) versions;
• the Mentorship program and coaching sessions;
• gift cards that can be used in the shop;
• the possibility of making a donation, either one-time or regular.

The content, format and price of each product are described on its product page.

9. Price

Prices are shown in euros (€), including taxes. Delivery charges for printed books are shown before order confirmation. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of your order.

We may change our prices at any time, without affecting orders already paid for.

10. Ordering and payment

We accept credit cards (via Stripe), PayPal, bank transfers, mobile money and cash.

• Credit card and PayPal: the order is validated upon confirmation of payment.
• Bank transfer and mobile money: the order is validated within 48 business hours after receipt of payment. Please include your name and order number as a reference.
• Cash: Payment is only accepted at the Academy's office in Chad, against a receipt. The order is validated within 48 business hours.

The Mentorship program can be paid for in one lump sum or in several monthly installments (4 or 6). In the case of installment payments, the installments are automatically debited from the chosen payment method; failure to pay may result in the suspension of mentoring until the outstanding balance is settled.

An order confirmation will be sent to you by email.

11. Delivery and access

• Ebooks : the download link is available as soon as payment is validated in your customer area, under "My ebooks", and in the confirmation email.
• Paperback books They are shipped to the address provided when ordering. The delivery time depends on the destination country and is communicated to you when you place your order. Check the condition of the package upon receipt and report any problems to us within 7 days.
• Mentorship and coaching We will contact you after payment to arrange your support.
• Gift cards : they are sent by email to the chosen recipient and are used when placing an order on the store, within the limits of their amount and their validity period.

12. Right of withdrawal

Ebooks are digital content delivered immediately after payment. By ordering, you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that you forfeit your right of withdrawal upon download, where permitted by the law of your country.

For printed books, where the law of your country grants you a right of withdrawal, you can exercise it according to the conditions of our Refund Policy.

13. Donations

A donation is a free and voluntary act: it does not entitle you to any compensation and is non-refundable, except in the case of an error in the amount or a double payment. A regular donation (weekly, monthly, or annual) can be stopped at any time from your customer account, under "My subscriptions & donations".

14. Responsibility

Our books, teachings, and support are intended for educational and edifying purposes only; we do not guarantee any specific outcome. They are not a substitute for the advice of a healthcare professional, lawyer, or licensed marriage counselor. We are not responsible for any problems related to your equipment or internet connection.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price paid for the product in question.

15. Account Suspension

We may suspend or close an account in cases of fraud, access sharing, or violation of these terms. Unless it's an emergency, we will notify you first by email.

Part 3 — Common Provisions

16. Personal Data

The processing of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

17. Modification of conditions

We may change these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions that apply to your purchase are those in effect on the date of your order.

18. Applicable Law and Disputes

These conditions are governed by the laws of Chad.

In case of disagreement, please write to us first: we will seek an amicable solution within 30 days. Failing that, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts.

If you are a consumer, you retain the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence, including the right to access its courts where the law provides.
