This site is operated by Academiemmmlmmmje, hereinafter referred to as "the Academy", established in Canada and Chad. Its full contact details are listed in our General terms and conditions of use and sale.

We do not see or store your credit card numbers: you enter them directly with Stripe or PayPal.
3. Who receives your data
Only those at the Academy who require it and the service providers listed below have access, each for their specific role. We only disclose your data to a public authority if legally required to do so.

4. Transfers outside your country
The website is hosted in France, and some service providers process data in the United States. Therefore, your data may leave your country of residence.
We select providers that offer recognized protection guarantees, such as standard contractual clauses. We assess these transfers before carrying them out, as required by the laws of Quebec and Chad, among others.

At the end of these periods, the data is deleted or anonymized.
6. Security
The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), access to your data is restricted, and passwords are stored encrypted. Your email address is verified with a code during registration. Card payments are processed by PCI DSS-certified providers.
In the event of an incident that presents a risk of harm to you, we will notify you and inform the relevant authorities, as required by law.
7. Your rights
You can at any time:
- access your data and obtain a copy of it;
- have them corrected or deleted;
- withdraw your consent, for example to the newsletter;
- to object to processing or request its limitation;
- receive your data in a structured and commonly used format.
Some of your information is modified directly in your customer area, sections "My Profile" and "My Addresses". For everything else, write to contacts@academiemmmlmmmje.com Please specify your request. We will respond within 30 days and may ask you for proof of identity.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the authority in your place of residence:
- Quebec: Commission d'accès à l'information (CAI);
- elsewhere in Canada: Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada;
- Chad: National Agency for Computer Security and Electronic Certification (ANSICE);
- European Union: the authority in your country, for example the CNIL in France.
8. Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for the website to function: logging into your account, shopping cart, security and spam protection. Without them, the website cannot function.
Audience measurement or advertising cookies are only placed with your consent, which you can give or withdraw at any time via the cookie banner. Details are available in our Cookie Policy.
9. Minors
Our products and services are intended for adults. A minor may only register with the consent of their parent or guardian, who must make the purchase. We do not knowingly collect data on children under 14 years of age without parental consent.
10. Modifications
We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page indicates the current version; in the event of a significant change, we will notify you by email.
